Product Availability & Backorder
Backorder items will be held for seven business days. If after seven days we are unable to complete the order, you will be notified that we are canceling those items.
In some instances, products listed in the NaildeRoyale.com.com catalog may be temporarily out of stock.
Your order will be shipped immediately and any backordered items will be delivered as soon as possible.
Backordered items will be held for seven business days and you will be contacted with a shipping date if we are able to fill your order.
If after seven days we are unable to complete your order, we will notify you that we are canceling the order.
 
Order Confirmation
After completing your order, we will send you an E-mail verifying your order was received and is being processed.
We also keep you informed of all action being taken on your account (orders, refunds, tracking, follow-up, etc.) through your E-mail address. Please be sure to check your E-mail regularly.
If an action requires immediate contact with a customer or if E-mail contact is unsuccessful, a NaildeRoyale.com representative will call the telephone number given at the time of registration.

Shipping Information
NaildeRoyale.com's standard shipping is DHL Ground. Other shipping methods include: DHL Same Day, DHL Next Day, DHL 2nd Day , DHL@home, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, FedEx Ground, FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx 2Day, and USPS Priority Mail (cheapest for small, light packages). If your selected shipping option is not available for your location, we will ship using the least expensive method. All PO Box, APO, and FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

NOTE: To keep your shipping cost low, we do not provide any insurance coverage for packages send using USPS Priority Mail. NaildeRoyale.com.com will not grant any replacement, refund, or credit for any packages shipped uninsured. If you wish to have insurance coverage when using USPS Priority Mail, please write in the comment box, "Add insurance coverage for USPS Priority Mail." during the checkout process. We will add and bill the appropriate insurance coverage fee to your order. Insurance cost starts from $1.65.

Shipping charges are calculated based on your shipping address, weight, and the size of the package.
Furniture and some large equipments are too heavy for UPS and will be shipped directly from manufacturer using various freight companies. Call 1-714-843-9500 or e-mail info@nailderoyale.com to obtain freight charges for furniture and large equipments.

All in-stock items are usually shipped within the next business day. No shipping on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. If a merchandise cannot be shipped, we will contact you immediately by email to inform you of the reason. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is ready to ship.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification of shipment along with a tracking number.

UPS, DHL, FedEx Address Corrections: Any extra charges by UPS, DHL, FedEx due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information will be charged to your credit card upon receipt (i.e. no suite or apartment number, wrong zip code, recipient has moved or request delivery to a new address). Please check your printed invoice and email or call us with any changes. Once we ship, we can not make any changes. The UPS, DHL, FedEx address correction charge for Ground service is $5.00. The correction charge for Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 Day Select is $10.00.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The following shipping methods are available for international customers: DHL Same Day Services, DHL World Wide Express, FedEx Ground to Canada, FedEx International Priority, UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Saver, UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Standard to Canada, USPS Express Mail International, and USPS Priority Mail International. Shipping and handling charges (NOT calculated online) will be added later after your checkout. You will also be notified of available shipping options and charges, all of which must be approved by the customer within 5 business days. Some products may not be exported outside of the United States. Once an order has been approved, further changes will incur an amendment charge. No back orders on International orders.

IMPORTANT: You are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes that may be applied to your package.
 
Return Policy
We value your business and satisfaction. You may return any UNUSED, UNOPENED merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange (excluding restocking and shipping & handling fees). We cannot accept returns or issue any credit on merchandise that has been opened and/or partially used. All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.

Furniture and large equipment are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the merchandise is damaged during shipping. You must report shipping damage within 5 days of receipt. Damage claims are not accepted without original shipping cartons and packing material. All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.

Email us at info@nailderoyale.com or call 1-714-843-9500 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do NOT return any merchandise to us without a RMA number. Merchandise returned to us without a RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to you by your shipper.

For your protection, we suggest you ship the merchandise to us prepaid, insured, and with a tracking number for proof of delivery. You are responsible for shipping charges for all returns including defective or damaged items.

IMPORTANT: If you refuse your order after shipment, you will be charged shipping and a 15% restocking fee. No credit or refund will be given for merchandise returned after 30 days or not in NEW condition with all packaging material included.

All warranties, if expressed, are provided by the manufacturers. If you have an item that requires repair or replacement, please contact the manufacturer. If there are any doubts as to where to send the product, please e-mail info@nailderoyale.com for clarification.
